Light Tahini Raw
VM Organic Light Tahini is a natural product, made of raw sesame seeds. The seeds are peeled in order to obtain the specific light colour and rich flavour. Thereafter they are grinded until a silky smooth creamy texture is obtained. There is no added salt, sugar, palm oil or other refined oils. The oil separation is a natural process. In order for the product to have a smooth texture again, just mix it.
The sesame tahini is fragrant and full of vitamins, minerals and nutritious substances which are digested easier compared to the consumption of whole sesame seeds. The tahini is like a balm for the stomach and intestines, since it contains a lot of fibres and proteins.
VM Organic Light Tahini is especially suitable food for children, athletes, pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as for women during the menopause – against osteoporosis, since it is rich in calcium, which strengthens the bones and muscles. In the tahini there are Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids which improve the brain and neuro-tissues health.
