Reflection time / returns

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not like it or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, for the exact rates consult the website of your carrier. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, please contact us via office@vmorganic.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged in a return.

Return requests for orders submitted after more than 14 days can not be resolved.

Note: for health reasons we can not take back the open bags.

Exchange product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That is not a problem at all. You can contact office@vmorganic.nl for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product yourself. "

I have given a wrong delivery address!

Accidentally passed a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.


Complaint handling

At VM Organic, everything revolves around satisfied customers, should you nevertheless have a bad experience with our service, please email your complaint to office@vmorganic.nl. At VM Organic, we strive to answer submitted complaints within two business days. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, VM Organic will respond within a period of 14 days with a message of receipt and an indication when you can expect a more detailed answer. Our employees in the complaints department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
